Nicole Ryan

Nicole Ryan grew up in New York’s Hudson Valley and relocated to Fayetteville for her partner’s career. Nicole’s background in sports as both an athlete and a coach shapes her disciplined, team-oriented approach to life and work. Professionally she brings nonprofit donor development experience, with a strong track record of cultivating relationships and securing support. She uses these skills to build trust and communicate effectively, while demonstrating professionalism, keen attention to detail, and a servant-leadership mindset that supports both her CPS team and the people they serve.

She is especially passionate about mental health advocacy and suicide prevention, having completed four marathons to support related nonprofits. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys exploring new breweries, building 3,000+ piece LEGO sets, rollerblading, and tackling new races with her partner.
