Timothy Peppers Jr

Senior Design Coordinator
Tim Peppers brings more than two decades of experience in both education and design to the team at Critical Path Solutions. Raised in Spring Lake after spending much of his childhood traveling with his family through his father’s military career, Tim developed an appreciation for adaptability, discipline, and diverse perspectives that continue to shape his professional approach today.
Tim has served in higher education for 23 years at Fayetteville Technical Community College, where he has taught architectural and design-related coursework and served as Department Chair for 10 years. Throughout his academic career, he has been committed to mentoring future designers and helping students bridge the gap between technical knowledge and real-world application.
In addition to his educational leadership, Tim has worked as a designer for 22 years with experience spanning PME engineering coordination, commercial design, residential design, and subdivision planning. His broad background allows him to approach projects with a practical understanding of both design intent and constructability, while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration and client service.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys fishing along the North Carolina Coast and local lakes, hunting, and woodworking. His appreciation for craftsmanship and the outdoors reflects the same attention to detail and hands-on problem-solving that he brings to every project.
